§1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay on the premises of CNTI Sp. z o. o. managing apartments under the name: Lapwing Apartments (hereinafter referred to as the Facility) and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a rental agreement, as well as by making a reservation on booking portals, the website www.lapwingsopot.pl, paying an advance payment/deposit or the entire amount. fees for the stay in Lapwing Apartments.

2. The Regulations apply to all guests staying at the Facility.

3. The Regulations are available for inspection at the persons responsible for guest service, in each apartment, as well as on the Facility's website: www.lapwingsopot.pl
 

§2 HOTEL DAY

1. The apartment is rented for hotel days.

2. The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m

11:00 the next day.

3. The Guest should submit a request to extend the hotel stay to the Facility staff no later than on the day of arrival. The facility may not take into account the request to extend the stay if all accommodation places are used or in the case of guests who do not comply with the applicable regulations.

4. The facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay if full payment for the current stay has not been made in advance.
 

§3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN

1. The basis for checking in is to present a valid photo ID to the staff member and sign the rental agreement.

2. The guest may not transfer the apartment to third parties, even if the period for which he/she paid the stay fee has not expired.

3. Persons not registered at the facility may stay in the Facility room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

4. The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who:

- does not have a valid identity document.

- is under the influence of alcohol or behaves aggressively and may pose a threat to other people or property of the Facility.

- during the previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations, in particular by causing damage to the property of the Facility or the property of Guests, personal injury to the Guest, employees of the Facility or other persons staying in the Facility.

5. The property reserves the right to charge a credit card pre-authorization upon check-in or to collect a cash deposit in the amount due for the entire stay.

6. The reservation is considered guaranteed if a deposit of at least 30% of the value is paid within 7 days from the date of making the reservation. Lack of deposit may result in cancellation of the reservation.

7. If the reservation is not canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival or if the Guest does not arrive at the Facility on the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded1.

8. If the Guest cancels his/her stay during the hotel day, the Facility does not refund the fee for a given hotel day.
 

§4 SERVICES

1. The facility provides services in accordance with its requirements

internal standard.

2. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the staff, which will enable employees to improve the standard of services provided.

3. The facility is obliged to provide guests with: 

- conditions for complete and unrestricted rest,

- safety of stay, including security

keeping information about the Guest confidential,

- professional and courteous service in the field

all services provided,

- performing necessary repairs of faults

4. Additionally, at the Guest's request, the Facility provides:

the following services free of charge:

- providing information related to your stay and travel,

- luggage storage at the facility's reception at Władysława IV 9, Sopot

- ordering a taxi from 08:00 to 22:00.

- Cleaning of the apartment and changing bed linen for each stay longer than 7 days. Cleaning during such a stay must be arranged with the reception no later than on the day of arrival

5. Lapwing Apartments provides additional paid services:

• Pet's stay

• Renting a parking space for a car in designated parking spaces

• Renting a travel cot with bedding. A high chair and/or a baby bathtub are provided free of charge, but after prior notification to the reception desk

• Renting a bike

• Purchase of a breakfast voucher at the Starters restaurant

• Purchase of a lunch voucher at the Starters restaurant

• Additional bed linen replacement

• Additional cleaning of the apartment

• Renting a Play Station game console

• Renting a SUP board

• Renting a conference room/meeting room 

• Renting a camper

All the above services are provided according to the applicable Lapwing Apartments price list or individual pricing if the service goes beyond the standard regular services provided by Lapwing Apartments.
 

§5 RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS

1. Children under 12 years of age should be on the premises of the Facility under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legals are financially liable for guardian damages resulting from the children's actions.

2. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the Facility, resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him. In such a case, the Facility's employees will assess the damage. The property reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damage caused after his departure.

3. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Facility may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Facility's requests, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and leave the Facility.

4. If you lose your keys, the cost of replacing the set with access control is PLN 200. The guest should notify the owner of the facility about the damage immediately after discovering it.

5. Each time a Guest leaves the Facility, for safety reasons, he or she should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off the taps and lock the door.
 

§6 LIABILITY OF THE FACILITY

1. The facility is not responsible for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services.

2. The Facility reserves the right to refuse to accept for storage at the reception of the Facility facility high-value items, significant amounts of money, items that pose a threat to safety and large items that cannot be placed at the reception.

3. The Facility is not liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it or live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the Facility's parking lot or outside the Facility.
 

§7 RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT

1. Personal items left in the apartment by the departing Guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at his/her expense.

2. If the Guest does not receive an instruction to return the items left behind, the Facility will store the above items at the owner's expense for a period of 30 days, and after this period, these items will become the property of the Facility. Food items will be stored for 24 hours.
 

§8 NIGHT SILENCE

1. There is night silence in the Facility from one hour onwards

22:00 to 7:00 in the morning.

2. At Lapwing Apartments, the comfort of our guests is our priority. Therefore, out of concern for their rest and out of respect for our neighbors, it is strictly forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet on the premises and in the external area. Night curfew applies every day from 22:00 / 07:00.  Please report any disturbances at night immediately by calling 535 860 985.

In the event of intervention by the Police, City Guard, security or facility staff, the reserving party will be charged an additional fee of PLN 1,000.

Additionally, the property reserves the right to immediately remove guests without the right to a refund of the stay fee. The guest may also be prohibited from making another reservation in facilities belonging to CNTI sp. z o. o., NIP: 5851498008, 81-703 Sopot, ul. Władysława IV 9
 

§9 COMPLAINTS

1. Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of services provided.

2. All complaints are accepted by the facility's reception.

3. A complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.
 

§10 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

1. The Facility accepts the presence of animals after prior arrangement with the Facility staff and payment of an appropriate fee.

2. Smoking tobacco and other tobacco products outside the designated areas intended for this purpose is strictly prohibited in the Facility and its immediate surroundings. If you do not comply with the ban, you will be charged a fine of PLN 500 for refreshing the apartment.

3. Hazardous materials - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials as well as illegal substances - cannot be stored in the Facility.

4. The guest consents to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Lapwing Apartments - CNTI Sp. z o. o. for the needs necessary to complete the Guest's stay at the Facilities, and for the Guest to use other services provided by the Facilities. The guest has the right to access and correct his or her personal data.

5. It is prohibited to drive on the premises of the Facility

door-to-door acquisition and sales.

6. It is prohibited to make excessive noise on the premises of the Facility, cause unpleasant odors or do other things that disturb, harm or irritate other guests of the Facility.

7. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the Facility's apartments and their equipment, apart from slightly rearranging the furniture and equipment, without affecting their functionality and safety of use.

8. Spa fee:

Pursuant to the Resolution No. This amount must be paid on the day of arrival to an employee of CNTI Sp. z o. o.

9. Acceptance of the Regulations: By booking the apartment, the Guest confirms that he has read these Regulations and accepts all their provisions.
