We kindly inform you that our ability to dispose of the personal data provided above conditions the performance of the Services. With respect to the personal data provided by you, CNTI sp. z o.o., NIP: 5851498008, 81-756 Sopot, 17B/6 Bolesława Chrobrego Street , acts as a Data Controller, within the meaning of the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament on the Protection of Personal Data (referred to as "RODO") in force in the Republic of Poland as of May 25, 2018. Your personal data, as indicated above, provided to CNTI sp. z o.o., as well as possibly other personal data pertaining to you that could be obtained by CNTI sp. z o.o. and in connection with the provision of the Services, will be processed by CNTI sp. z o.o., for the following purposes:

1) performance of the Services, to the extent necessary for billing and other mutual obligations arising from the scope of the Services;

2) fulfill CNTI sp. z o.o. legal obligations, such as issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents;

3) to establish, defend and pursue CNTI sp. z o.o. claims related to the provision of the Service - in the exercise of CNTI sp. z o.o.'s legitimate interest;

Your personal data may be subject to recording by CNTI sp. z o.o. in an automated manner in computer systems and/or in a non-automated manner, organizing, structuring, storing, downloading, reviewing, using, disclosing by sending, sharing. Your personal data may also be subject to restriction, deletion and destruction. Your personal data will not be profiled by CNTI Ltd. Your personal data will be able to be entrusted by CNTI sp. z o.o., in the performance of the purposes mentioned above:

1) entities participating in the performance, on behalf and/or for the account of CNTI sp. z o.o.of activities related to the Services, such as subcontractors and service providers of CNTI sp. z o.o., that is, administrators, subcontractors, suppliers of equipment, hardware, materials;

2) entities cooperating with CNTI sp. z o.o. and/or providing accounting, tax, accounting, auditing, analytical, legal services to CNTI sp. z o.o;

3) entities carrying out postal or courier activities - for the purpose of delivery. related to the Services;

4) entities engaged in debt collection activities - solely for the purpose of exercising claims and other rights of CNTI sp. z o.o. related to the Services.

Your personal data will be processed by CNTI sp. z o.o. for the period until the statute of limitations for claims related to the Services, and in the case of the assertion of claims by either Party or the exercise of other rights through legal proceedings - for the duration of such proceedings until their final conclusion, and then also for the period of time after which claims and other rights of the Parties, related to the Services, become time-barred or expire.

In the case of personal data processed by CNTI sp. z o.o. in the performance of its legal obligations, your personal data will be processed for the duration of the performance of such obligations, as well as for the period of time during which regulations require CNTI sp. z o.o. to store personal data (e.g. tax regulations) and for the period of time during which CNTI sp. z o.o. may incur legal consequences of failure to perform such obligation.

You have the right to request from CNTI sp. z o.o., as Data Controller, access to your personal data and to request information from CNTI sp. z o.o. regarding the purpose, scope, manner and forms of such processing. You have the right to demand from CNTI sp. z o.o. as Data Controller, rectification of data, deletion or restriction of data processing, transfer of data to another data controller. In specific situations, you may object to the processing of your personal data, whereby the objection may not be considered if the basis for the use of the data is the legitimate interest of CNTI sp. z o.o. or the public interest.
