Check-in
The hotel day starts at 16:00. The reception will contact you on the day your stay begins to arrange arrival details and settle any payments.
Check-in at locations other than Willa Lapwing (located at Władysława IV 9) takes place in the form of self-check in. The reception provides you with the information necessary for check-in on the day of arrival.
Early check-in is only possible after confirming the availability of the apartment on the day of departure.
Check out
Our policy is to check out by 11:00. If guests do not agree on an extension of the day with the reception and do not check out at 11:00 a fee will be charged in the amount of the next hotel day according to the rate currently in force in the price list. This fee is non-negotiable.

We kindly inform you that Lapwing Apartments charges additional fees for the following services:

Renting a travel cot with bedding PLN 100 - a high chair or baby bathtub are provided free of charge, but after informing the reception desk

Additional bed linen replacement PLN 100 (set for two people)
Additional cleaning of the apartment from PLN 100 to PLN 200 (depending on the size of the apartment)

Special requests
We remain at your disposal to fulfill your special requests (e.g. preparing a bouquet of flowers, champagne, wine, SPA tickets, etc.). We kindly ask you to contact the reception in advance, they will make every effort to meet your expectations. Special requests are subject to individual pricing.
Night quiet
COMMITMENT TO OBSERVE NIGHT QUIET
At Lapwing Residence, the comfort of our guests is our priority. Therefore, out of concern for their rest and out of respect for our neighbors, it is strictly forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet on the premises and in the external area. Night curfew applies every day from 22:00 / 07:00. Please report any disturbances at night immediately by calling 535 860 985.
In the event of intervention by the Police, City Guard, security or facility staff, the reserving party will be charged an additional fee of PLN 1,000.
Additionally, the property reserves the right to immediately remove guests without the right to a refund of the stay fee. The guest may also be prohibited from re-booking in facilities belonging to CNTI sp. z o. o., NIP: 5851498008, 81-703 Sopot, ul. Władysława IV 9
